Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, fondly known as the “Iron Man of India,” was a pivotal leader in the country’s independence struggle and served as India’s first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister. Born on October 31st, he was instrumental in uniting princely states into the Indian Union and played a vital role in mobilizing peasants against British rule. His legacy continues to inspire generations of Indians. To honour his memory, our students conducted a quiz on October 30th and watched an inspiring video highlighting his life and contributions.
